Winbd12 Terms & Conditions — Rules and Terms of Use of the Platform

Account Registration & Eligibility

Each user may open only one account and is required to provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be immediately closed. It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential, and winbd12 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access. If you suspect your account is being used without authorization, please notify our support team immediately. Some services may be restricted if the mobile number or email provided during registration has not been verified.

• Minimum registration age: 18 years
• Maximum one account per person
• Providing a real identity and valid contact information is mandatory
• Transferring accounts to third parties is prohibited

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Winbd12 supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's widely used mobile banking services (such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket), and all transactions are conducted in BDT. After a deposit is made, funds will be credited to the account within a specified processing time, and users are advised to contact our support team in case of any delays. Withdrawal requests generally take 1–3 business days to process, and funds will be returned via the account used for the original deposit. winbd12 reserves the right to place payments on hold until an investigation is completed in the event of any suspicious transactions or fraud. All financial data is transmitted securely through encrypted channels.

• Large withdrawals may be restricted until identity verification (KYC) is completed
• All transactions are conducted in BDT (Bangladesh Taka)

Gaming Rules & Fair Use Policy

All games on the winbd12 platform are operated through a fair Random Number Generator (RNG) and results are completely unbiased. If any user attempts to exploit software errors or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage, the relevant winnings will be voided and the account may be closed. Using bots, automated software, or any other unauthorized technology to play games is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to exploit bonus benefits through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud. winbd12 reserves the right to reclaim any incorrect winnings credited to an account due to a system error.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

If a user violates any provision of these terms, winbd12 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the account without prior notice. In the event of any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for illegal purposes, information may be disclosed to the relevant authorities. If a user wishes to close their own account, they must contact the support team and any remaining funds will be returned subject to verification. Self-exclusion requests made under the responsible gaming policy will be acted upon immediately. Following account closure, the ability to open a new account under the same person's name may be restricted.

Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from the use of the winbd12 platform will first be subject to resolution through negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, it may be referred to a competent court in Bangladesh. Should any provision of these terms be found legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in effect. winbd12 may occasionally work with third-party service providers, in which case those third parties' own terms and conditions may also apply.
